5/5 and you know why....
Another good AS'd game by G_G. You did a good job coding this game, it's very tight. And of course, because you put effort in it, you get an instant 5. Glad to see that you can write reviews again ;)

Me too. Thanks for the 5!
I'm going into a coma....
(drooooooooools) StarCraft delight................ (drooooooools) Authethic sounds..................... (drooooooooooooools) Graphics from the game and cool special effects/modified characters........(slips into coma from over-stimulation).....................
Another good Denvish game
But that doesn't surprise me, since I read through all of your AS posts in the Flash BBS.
Graphics: Good, albeit a bit tiny, perhaps less squares, or a bigger size screen? I dunno
Style: Very original, I like games that make you think
Sound: it's 10kbs, I forgive you (I'm such an audiophile, though)
Violence: it didn't need any
Interactivity: It clicked when I wanted it to click sans delay; excellent work!
Humor: not needed again
Overall: great game, needs bigger screen and audio, but honestly don't change a thing (I can adjust myself)
Just outta curiousity, though, these games you are submitting are obviously for GoG (which, honestly, I've never been on before), but are you gonna do any for Crazy Monkey Games? Again, just outta curiousity (must be the journalistic side of me :/ )
Reminds me of Kitten Cannon
I liked this game Denvish, good job. Only one thing though, where's the sound? Eh, I'm sure it was designed as a demo, anyway. Your AS skills never cease to impress me. Keep it up!
I was trying to keep the filesize down to <10kb. I may release a version on my main account with sound & symbols once I've refined it a bit.
Cool game you made
I like this game a lot. Can't think of any way to improve it.....maybe 3D. Nah! 3D's overrated! Keep up the good work man!
It's like a no frills advance wars game
and that's not necessarily a bad thing. The soldiers were a bit hard to see, but you know what? No biggie. I'm not a programmer, and know little actionscripting, but I do understand the amount of work required to make a game like this. So, for that, it should pass.
Thanks, the actionscript was a lot of work for me at least.
fully functional
Although it's no chordbook dot com, the notes are in tune ( I tune by ear, so I picked it up immediately) Nice if it had some tutorials in there, like playing blues, pantonic, and harmonic scales, as well as showing all the chords, but as a stand alone tuner, it works fine. Oh, where is the dropped D six string setting for the powerchord nuts out there? lol Well that one IS easy to set up (just drop one string, nope biggie) Good job and good actionscripting!
"where is the dropped D...that one IS easy..." that's why I didn't include it, but I'm updating for the next 3 days, so I'll have more (hopefully). BE PREPARED!
HAHA TURD OF THE WEEK!!!
I remember going onto this site(doodiedotcom) when I was still in high school. That was like almost 7 years ago. I'm surprised to see he hasn't changed his modus operandi in all that time. What an appropiate award to win for this, out of all authors.
not too shabby
Just a suggestion, but you might want to add skin colour and ethnic features as an option. Not everyone wants their custom character to have that ambiguous eurasian look to them. It reminds me of all those video games I played that have only little customisation (like ragnarok online). Different skin colours would definitely help. Other than that though, the flash looks solid. Good job.
